Prosperray Shipping Policy

All products available at PROSPERRAY.COM are shipped both domestically and internationally. All items are exclusive and unique pieces from Prosperray.

From the moment your order is confirmed, our order processing and packaging time takes 1 to 5 business days. After that, delivery takes 10 to 20 business days on average after dispatch, depending on the destination. Product shipment may occur within up to 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed via bank slip (boleto) may take 1 to 3 business days for payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the delivery progress of their order.

Attention: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak demand periods at postal services, or other situations beyond our control.

Prosperray guarantees delivery of your order. We are responsible for issuing a full refund for products that are lost or misplaced during the shipping process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking, ensuring 100% guaranteed delivery.


1.2. Insured Shipping

“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days after dispatch, the full amount paid will be 100% refunded.”


1.3. Order Tracking

Products are shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided, allowing the customer to track delivery progress. Prosperray commits to instructing customers on how to track their orders.

The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available to Prosperray.

  • Tracking codes are provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking information may take 5 to 10 days to appear in the postal service system.


2. General Conditions (Important)

2.1. Address Accuracy

Prosperray ships products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is filled out correctly and completely at checkout.


2.2. Recipient Unavailable

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. The postal service typically makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be sent to the nearest postal agency, where the recipient must pick it up within 7 calendar days.

If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender according to postal regulations. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All delivery attempts and pickup details will be recorded in the tracking system, which can be accessed on the postal service’s website using the provided tracking code.


2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Prosperray is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filled shipping addresses.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will be returned to the sender according to postal regulations, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

In cases where delivery is not completed due to address discrepancies, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of R$55.00 (shipping cost + postal fee) will be required for reshipment.


2.4. Taxed Products

If any postal or customs fees are charged (postal dispatch fees cover services such as package receipt, X-ray inspection, storage, administrative handling, tax collection and transfer, communication with sender and recipient, and return of the package if taxes are not paid), the fee of:

  • R$15.00 – Brazilian Postal Service (effective since 08/27/2018)

will be covered by Prosperray. Customers must monitor their tracking code and shipment status to avoid any inconvenience.

With the current import model, all international shipments may be subject to postal service fees.
